this hotel had a central position due to the area being seemingly quite affluent. there was alex chinese takeaway nearby, offering quick meals.

This low budget hotel offers a huge variety of well-equipped rooms. All the staff members are attentive and efficient. There is a huge variety of outstanding food for breakfast. It has magnificent position to Royal Dornoch Golf club:)))

It is a perfect place for one night.

Rooms too cramped!!! Unpleasantly hot ambiance with lacking temperature control!!! Bathrooms in desperate need of modernization!!! Noise disturbances throughout the night can ruin sleep quality!!!

Clean, excellent value hotel, the location was handy very close to centre of Dornoch, Dornoch, the bar/restaurant. Lots of options for breakfast in the dining room. The location in the centre of the city. Also, to a nearby beautiful beach: D

We appreciated the thoughtful early entry arrangement, great to settle in sooner than expected. The family room was spacious, with comfortable furnishings.

It would be great to have clearer instructions for AC use in the room.

The cooked breakfast was surprisingly good despite the limited choices.

The shower head was quite small with limited water pressure.

We had a lovely time with our kids, especially enjoying the spacious family room and the delicious breakfast spread that featured Stornoway black pudding. The garden area was perfect for relaxing, with comfy seating and a tranquil vibe. The only downside was a few reminders about hotel rules that seemed a bit over the top, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. Just make sure to book for meals to avoid missing out on the great food! 😊

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at this lovely spot and thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast and the beautiful upgrade to our room. The garden area was great for relaxing in the sun while sipping on drinks and catching up with each other. The only slight hiccup was some noise in the evening, but it didn't spoil our amazing experience. 😊

The family room offered great space and comfort, perfect for our needs during the wedding event. The staff provided really good service. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, and the evening meals stood out with excellent quality food, including the delicious steak pie. Our only drawback was the inconvenient window, which marred an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Great spot for foodies

We had an awesome meal here. Tried the mac n cheese and my partner loved the steak pie. The sticky toffee pudding was out of this world! Staff were friendly and the vibe was chill. Just wish the parking was a bit easier since there's no dedicated space .
